Each category will get 75 minutes cypher tryout on saturday 18 november to give the dancers a chance to show their skills. Music will be provided from our chosen deejay. The judges will during the cypher tryouts choose 8 dancers to advance to the top 8 on sunday 19 november in each category, further on the dancers will come together one versus one in a battle for re-advancement to the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals. In the top 8 we will introduce some surprises. Be close to the arena, host will only call dancers three times & then you get qualified.

REGISTRATION & RULES

• By registering as a dancer in this form and in combination with a purchased dancer ticket, you hereby agree that hip hop revolution festival owns all rights to use the images and video material taken of you as a dancer by their own photographers and videographers for own use/marketing purpose during the festival.

• Pre-registration is required! Limited number of places to contest. Last registration day is Saturday 16 November before the tryouts for the solo categories.

• Do not forget to indicate which category you compete in!

• Registration is binding due to the limited competition spots.

• The registration fee is 100 sek or 10 euro per dancer for saturday and 100 sek or 10 euro per dancer for sunday. Limited tickets are available.

• We are selling both the Saturday and Sunday dance tickets as a package due to limited dance tickets. This means that you are guaranteed entry on both days.

• Registration fee for dancers is also the entrance ticket on both saturday 16 November & sunday 17 November.

• Before competing, please register with the form.

• Due to the pandemic we do not allow registration at the entrance. You must therefore register and buy a ticket online. You may be denied entry due to space and safety.

• Do not attend the festival if you are sick or have symptoms. Also applies if you live with someone who is sick or have been close to someone who is sick.

GENERAL RULES

• The festival always works with respect and sustainability, and will always ask the dancers if the images and video material is approved to use on them, even if the festival owns the rights to them.

• Dancers can participate in several categories.

• This year we will have another cypher tryouts in form of a "club edition" to increase the opportunity for dancers to participate in several categories and not to limit the number of competitors.

• Saturday 16 November is a form of "club edition" and is not adapted for seated audiences, but here the club atmosphere applies.

• It is possible to participate in several of Hiphop Revolution Festival Battle Final, valid identification must be presented.

• The competitors must attend at the event and register before the deadline!

• The music is chosen by the current Deejay.

• The judges decision is supreme and can not be appealed.

• Be close to the arena, host will only call dancers three times & then you get qualified.

• Respect each other and have no physical contact. If you do not meet the criteria, you can be disqualified.

• The festival works towards sustainability and health. Respect each other regardless of orientation, religion and other aspects that can create ill health.

• If the competitor does not meet the contest rules, the judges and competition management has the right to disqualify competitor.
